Start by submitting a quote request here. This allows us to review your event details and determine availability.

We’ll ask for:
• Event date
• Event location
• Type of event
• Items or services you’re interested in

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and follow up if any additional details are needed.

Design + Confirmation
After reviewing your request, we’ll prepare a custom quote based on your event needs.

This may include:
• Marquee letters, numbers, or symbols
• Balloon installations
• Bundles or add-ons
• Installation logistics

For select events, a visual mockup may be provided to help you better envision the final setup.

To reserve your date, simply:
• Approve the quote
• Submit the required retainer
​
Your event is not secured until both steps are completed.

Installation Day
On the day of your event, our team arrives during the agreed installation window to professionally set up your display.

What to expect:
• On-time arrival
• Safe, precise placement
• Attention to layout and spacing
• A walkthrough to confirm placement

We do not offer drop-offs. Every installation is handled by our team to ensure quality, safety, and presentation.

Event Enjoyment
Once installation is complete, your display is ready to be enjoyed and photographed throughout your event.
No additional work is required from you. We’ve got it covered.

Breakdown & Retrieval
After your event, our team returns at the scheduled retrieval time to carefully dismantle and remove the installation.
